Your question is not at all clear. RCA usually stands for Right Coronary Artery. If your husband is to have an angiogram of the RCA it sounds like the doctor wants to particularly look at that artery. I have no idea what you mean by occluscar...are you sure you have the correct spelling or are you going by what you think it is? The closest I can figure is that they are checking the right coronary artery for an occlusion (a blockage).

I agree with above post. It is not clear what you are asking. Do you mean an RCA occlusion? I am guessing that your husband had an angiogram of the heart, that they found one of the arteries(the Right Coronary Artery) blocked, and that they have scheduled a procedure called an angioplasty to fix it in 6 weeks.
