Can a 19 yr old suffer from heart attack?

im 5'5
135 pounds
but im really stressed out and sometimes i get pain on my chest,and my left arm gets numm can this be a warning of an upcoming heart attack or stroak?

It could merely be stress, but you should have yourself checked out by a doctor as soon as possible. Yes, it is possible that a 19 year-old can suffer a heart attack or stroke and subsequently die from either one. Get to a doctor and explain your symptoms. And whomever tells you that it's impossible that a young person can have a heart attack, DO NOT listen to them. IT IS VERY POSSIBLE and it does happen! Young people seem to think that heart attacks and strokes only happen in the elderly. Not so! Many times, genetic abnormalities of the heart contribute to heart attacks in the young. Get to a doctor pronto!
