nutrition plan for a recovering anorexic?

Question:
my best friend in the entire world is a recovering anorexic, i feel that she is going to relaps if her diet plan slows down, so i want to find the best possible nutriton plan for her, one that will keep her satisfied in the long run.
seeing a medical professional is not an option, please exclude all further comments about the such

Answers:
Don't force anything scary on her, like ice cream or mashed potatoes or fast food, because that will overwhelm her and probably make her want to fall back into old habits.

I am a recovering anorexic as well. The diet plan that worked best for me was one with plenty of fruits and veggies and the occasional "treat"...like some wheat-crust pizza (still healthier than regular pizza, but not the greatest for you, if you know what I mean), low-fat frozen yogurt or ice cream, or my grandmother's vegetable-beef stew. Things like that weren't every day, but they still really helped me put the pounds back on.

An example of a day in my diet's life was:

Breakfast: Small bowl of honey-nut cheerios with strawberries or raspberries on top, cup of coffee

Lunch: Chicken caesar salad or turkey sandwich, sometimes a cup of soup along with it (if the weather was chilly), small dessert-type item

Snack: This varied. Usually was fruit or veggies, but sometimes would be a "treat"

Dinner: (This is my favorite dinner and wasn't every day, but whenever my mom made it, I was REALLY happy, haha) Pepper steak, whipped cauliflower, green beans, and baked peaches.

BTW, baked peaches are DELICIOUS and good for you. They're really easy to make, too...take canned peach halves and put them in a pan. Put a tiny amount of butter (about half the size of a postage stamp) in the pit. Sprinkle some brown sugar and cinnamon on the peaches and bake them only until they get very warm. They're a great dessert!

I hope your friend gets better. Try some of these foods out on her and see how she likes them, and let me know if you'd like more suggestions!
eat a lot of sweet potatoes, they are most nutritional veggie to have and least fattening, have cut up veggies in fridge,so,she has to eat so much of them a day!Try to make her eat ice cream late at night, that will put some weight back on,I been though this myself,I had been size 0 and below, but, keeping weight on now!
