No smell and Limited Taste...what is wrong?

Question: I have lost my sense of smell and most of taste. This condtion has plagued me now for two years; I need to correct this condition now. I cannot even taste the flavor of food nor smell or taste dangerous toxins! How can I correct this condition? Very problematic! Please someone, HELP
