Could this happen with a mosquito bite?

Question: If a mosquito with the west nile virus bit a person for just about half a second of a second,could it maybe leave a little bit of the virus and give the human immune system to react and make the proper anti-bodies and destroy the virus makeing that person immune to the virus.
