ive heard that magic still has the virus but the levels are so low its almost barely detectable, basically because he is in really good shape and has millions of dollars at his disposal to see the best doctors and get the newest treatments.

there have been a few cases in which people may have been cured of HIV, but some people think they were just misdiagnosed and never really had the virus. but 99.99999% of people dont get rid of it, though treatments are getting good enough that people might live a normal life with it and not die early

If you read any report you will see that it states that at times he has had barly detectable levels of the virus but that there is no cure so it will remain with him for the rest of his life. Magic is an excellent example of how good diet and exercise can help prolong someone's life. There is no cure.
