Is there anyone here with CFIDS?How do u cope with it?

Question: How do u cope on the days when it seems impossible just to get a shower,cook or even clean the house? These days I feel so tired and exhausted its literally painful to take a shower,iam not able to cook or go out for groceries so I dont eat most of the time which makes me even more tired and weak.
