What does it mean, there r surgical metallic clips in the gallbladder fossa with a previous cholecystectomy?

i had a barium enema done and the findings stated the above question! surgical metallic clips where left inside me?!?!? i know why not ask my doctor well thats the problem this was 5 months ago i had this test done and have had the run around since to get the results but i had the chance to see my chart and found that it stated this as my finding but the doc told me i would have to go the specialist who performed the test & they would tell me so i did and they said no ask u're doctor
