There are a lot of good things and bad things about having sex with someone.

Obviously STDs can be bad and even result in death like AIDS, unwanted pregnancy and the emotional toll it can take on some people (broken hearts, one night stands, etc.)

But, there are a lot of good things about sex too. Again the emotions, and even wanted pregnancies, especially for couple trying to conceive. This is one of the most exciting things for young couples trying to conceive.

now really this is a dumb question
If you have sex with someone you care about then no
but if you are sexing some one that you don't care about then yes

Personally I don't like to have sex while running (haha).
Having unprotected sex with anyone if you don't know their medical history is always dangerous.
