In your instance, certainly a second opinion is warranted. I would suggest that you see a dermatologic specialist. Even if your current physician is a dermatologist, get seen by another.
Also, there is an "Ask" the Expert" section of the CME (Continuing Medical Education) website. Frankly, I don't believe there is any website that will diagnose you, nor any doctor who will do so without seeing you in person.
