Yes, it is dangerous. Depending on the severity of the alergy. Some are merely sensitive to sunlight, whereas there are people born with a syndrome (I forget the name) that makes any exposure to sunlight all but fatal.

The body works by responding mildly to an allergen with the first exposure, with consequent exposures it can cause things as simple as hives or as dangerous as anaphalatic shock which you could die from. I would take precautionary messures such as sun block and long clothing when out in the sun. and don't forget to protect your eyes as well.
