Birthmark has bump, with any info please help!!?

Question: Ok, this Q is for any doctors (dermatologists, cosmetic surgeons, general doctors) or just anyone with previous info or knowledge to share. I am 15 yrs old, I have an oval shaped birthmark on my lower left butt cheek ( near the hip bone). Basically it is about 2 inches long and 1 inch tall. I have had it since birth, and it's been checked out with no abnormalities. Until tonite I feel a small bump maybe the size of a B.B. or pea. At first I thought it was just an unusually located zit of some sort and I tried popping it so the puss would come out (which some did) but the bump still remains, and when I try to squeeze it now - nothing comes out, almost like it's sealed now. It is hard, too. If you have ANY knowledge, please let me know asap. Give detailed info, this is serious.

don't squeeze it. Have it checked. Your doctor will tell you. My son's is the size of a large pea on his back and the doctor checked it. She said it was not cancerous after tests, but to watch it in case it bothered him, they could remove it.
