There is no cure for this yet, but they are working on it. If you haven't been diagnosed, then eat healthy and exercise regularly. I know I sound like a commercial, but this is the only way to better your chances of not becoming a diabetic.

not in a really natural way. recently they have been experimenting with putting islet cell in the liver rather than the pancreas. your body doesnt react so violently when the transplant is in the liver.
