My dad has MS..If you have a neurologist, he can tell you what sorts of things will trigger attacks or make your symptoms worse. I know heat is very bad. Some people go to physical and occupational therapy. In saying all of that, nothing can be done to just make it go away.
I was looking for stuff on altzheimers, and found this site. I looked in the MS section and found it pretty interesting.

it would depend on the symptoms. nothing can make it go away, but your neurologist should be able to help you decide on what medicines are best for you. Exercise is a great help for muscle spacticy. and lots of places offer products to keep you cool. since it affects everyone differently, your dr would be the best person to give you advice.
