Other Answers:
try bathing in a tub of lukewarm water with 2 cups of oatmeal in it and take a antihistamine
anti-histamine tablets or better consult a skin specialist
Go to the National Skin Centre. Medicine like antihistamine only alleviate the situation, its not a long term cure, although u can also ask for hydrocotisone cream but it is not advisable as it has side effects.
try the natural way ;-
keep your skin moist as much as possible. after a shower, immediately apply vaseline petroleum jelly or other body lotion (fragrance n allergic free). coz yr ski will itches more when its dry.
Avoid food with nuts in them, if possible also chocolate as cocoa n nuts are proven allergy food which aggrevates eczema.
Never scratch! as scratching triggers of the histamine in that area n spreads it further, making it more itchy. Try using a warm/cold towel and place it over the area to sooth it.
Hope the above will help, as my nieces suffers fm the same condition n i've surfed the internet intensively as one time for the best solution.
Atopic Eczema is a very itchy condition. Since common environmental stimuli induce itching in these patients, the aim
should be to minimize such stimuli and use moisturizers, soothing
creams, mild steroid creams like fluticasone , tacrolimus cream 0.1 % and antihistamine tab by mouth.
Contact with soap and other chemicals, synthetic and
woolen clothes, too hot or too cold environs should be minimum.
If no relief, then consult a Dermatologist.

While I'm not aware of tablets you can take, but you can assist your immune system to heal your skin naturally by avoiding using soap (shampoo, detergent, etc.). Instead, try to find a colloidal oatmeal containing soap-free wash for body and face and a shampoo containing the same ingredient. Aveeno or Equate both make those type of products. The other thing is to reduce your exposure to hot water. That means short (5 mins max) showers and no baths. Soap and hot water combine to remove sebum from the pores of the skin and deep into the sebaceous glands, inhibiting sebum production causing dryness and itchiness. Sebaceous glands are controlled by hormones and the immune system, which wheatgrass appears to strengthen naturally. Apply the Dr Wheatgrass Recovery Cream twice daily or more often if necessary. As well as strengthening the skin's immunity, biological actives from the wheatgrass are absorbed into the body and in time, the patient’s immune status becomes stronger. Please see the website for more information or ask Dr. Reynolds a question regarding your specific syptoms.
