im not aware of any diseases associated with blood types A + B. the only issue is if a mom as a non-compatible blood type with her baby, sometimes that can cause a problem but even that is usually not an issue

You could get a transfusion reaction if you gave type A blood to a type B person, or vice versa.
I don't believe there are any diseases associated with any one blood group in particular. I do know there is a blood group diet suggested for each blood type .don't know if it works though.
