Sure sounds like classic symptoms of the flu. It's kind of a weird time of year for it but not unheard of. I would go see your doctor and drink TONS of water so you don't get dehydrated. Take tylenol to help with your body aches.
I hope you feel better!

you probably have the stomach bug but see a doctor! you never know!
I would definitely go see a doctor but it sounds like you may have the stomach flu. You may not want to eat anything either as this will make it worse (especially dairy).
YOu are sick of being sick. Which country will we blame it on this time.? I remember the Hong Kong Flu. I loved H.K., when I was there. When you land at the airport, it is like the City of San Francisco. It looks like you are going to get a good dunking.
If you have traveled to any Foreign Countries lately, you may have something Exotic and threatening.
Beware of dehydration. Drink water, and try to keep your Electrolites in check. (Chemisty). Don't forget, if this doesn't run it's course in a timely manner, it is secondary infection that can do a double whammy on you.
I have found that if I call a Pharmacist and ask, what is the latest Bug going around, they will be the ones to give me useful information. That way, I can have a heads up as to what to watch for in my clients with Alzheimer's Disease, as they cannot relate their feelings to me.
I would double check with your Doctors Nurse, and she might recommend you to make an App't. call your Dr. and make an appointment
