Oooh its a nasty thing that :-0
About a meter long, fairly thin and flexible with retracted barbs.
Once inserted and in position its inflated and the barbs extended to keep it in position, then the fun begins but I would not like to spoil that . :-) .
Probably best to ignore that and follow the links a more sensibubble person gave above though .
