Answers:
Sjogrens syndrome is an autoimmune attack of the parotid gland, a salivary gland in your cheek, along with many of the other mucus and serous producing glands and organs in your body. When it is attacked you don't have as much spit anymore and you suffer from dry mouth a lot, as well as dry eyes and problems in the GI and urinary tracts. It is painful in that many of the lubrications dry out and so friction builds up in your lungs and intestines. Cancer in the lymph nodes is a very rare side effect and is not something to be worried about unless you are diagnosed with it. Everyone in the world is at risk for one type of cancer or another.

It's sjogrens syndrome, I think. Read this site as it tells all about it. If that's your symptoms, then I found the right thing.
