Heart flutters is stress..I think you are stressing evnerytime you cough because you think something is wrong with you. I do the same exact thing!!
Get that cough checked out by the way..you might have an allergy

i would see your doctor i have mitral valve prolaps which is not serious in most cases but i dont have a cough. if you take pills for high blood pressure it can cause a cough. i dont no your age or health history. my advice see you doc a.s.a.p. good luck to you.
