Where can I buy instructional videos about Heart Surgery?

Question: Currently I am hosting some heart surgeons from a developing country and they would like to buy instructional DVDs on cardio-bypass surgery, vascular replacement, and pacemaker implantation. Where can this type of DVD be found?
