What you might have is a skin condition called Hives. To best treat it, focus on making yourself feel better because its caused by nerves. Stop stressing about things you really can't change. I have found chocolate to help.

It might be yeast (candida). Get clotrimazole (generic anti-fungal). If that works, then that may be what it is. A dermatologist may give you a better diagnosis though. A good thing to try is an oral allergy medicine like Benadryl or Alavert and apply Benadryl lotion. If this doesn't help try an anti-fungal cream like Lamisil. If these both fail contact a physician for a possible rx to help. I wouldn't wait too long because it may be a serious reaction to something and cause further discomfort and/or symtpoms. I doubt it's an std and if it is I would be amazed.
