Hi, Yes you CAN get cancer in your early 30's and at any age.
Just to let you know that you should get yourself checked. My stepdaughter passed away at the age of 36 June 8th, 2004 at the age of 36 of bowel-liver cancer and she had pains in her back and she was pregnant at the time with her son and she didn't know she had it until after the birth of her son. She only had 2 years to live and the chemotherapy didn't help her and well the last of her months of life she was the fighter but the cancer won. My daughter, her half-sister only 13, her half-siblings will have to be checked soon for bowel-liver tests and yes it does run in both sides of the family. S
If you have any signs GET IT CHECKED out.. Please

Cancer will be beaten it is possible to get any type of cancer at any age. I hope that you don't have it.
Good Luck! Unfortunately the answer is yes. It's not so common as in the 40s and 50's, but I know 1 person that has died of colon cancer at the age of 32. he left a wife and 3 children. Early screening of people with a family history is one way of getting it early.
