Question:
Answers:
There is treatment, like psychosocial and sensory integration techniques, but no cure.
Other Answers:
No . There is no cure for autism. There are studies being done to determine if detoxing the body of mercury cures autism but it is a big debate and most doctors do not believe that it does. Also the treatment can have serious side effects including organ damage and death.
There are treatments to help autistic people for example children who develope autism and stop talking can be taught to communicate again. Maybe someday there will be a cure but sadly we are not there yet.
