Is rice good or bad for high blood pressure?

Question:

Answers:
High glycemic foods are not good for high blood pressure. Rice, and most cereals and grains are high glycemic, especially the more they are processed. That is why brown rice and whole grains are more healthy for you than white rice and white flour/bread.

Neither, but the amount of food you eat matters. That is, being obese is one of the risk factors for hypertension.
