For Doctors, med students, or anyone with frequent sinus infections?

Question:

I get sinus infections ALL the time!!! What can I do about this?? I'm tired of being treated by antibiotics, and I don't want to take something every single day as a preventative. It's very frustrating. Someone once told me there's a type of surgery that helps prevent the infections. Please help. I have no idea what to do anymore!

I get it all the time I use afrin just to open my sinuses up but other then that I have had three surgery's on my nose and non of them work I still get them all the time.

I get them a lot as well. Regular vitamins and plenty of sleep are the best.
