You need to ask your doctor to refer you to a neurologist. If your primary care physician refers you, quite often insurance covers it. If not, you need to decide whether or not you can afford it and, if not, start calling public health clinics and county hospitals to find someone who can help you.
How in heaven's name did you decide that it's your adrenal glands that are being "shocked?" That sounds wrong to me, as I can't imagine they have a whole lot of pain receptors.
Honestly, your diagnosing your own conditions tells me that you don't have the best doctor around--and by that I mean YOU. Let the pros handle it, but do your research.
