can a doctor tell if a bite is a spider bite or a scorpion bite by the way the skin looks?

Question: if you dont know what bit you but it looks like a spider or scopion bite. can the doctor actually say ok this is a spider not not a scoropion bite. or vice vera.

maybe, if you find some desert doc, who's been doing it for 30 years or something.

but if you find some regular doc, would certainly not consider it a "certain" diagnosis
