first aid?how high is your temperature? you, first of all would be cold if you had a high fever. so try taking a cool-almost cold bath for now.

take a cold shower and stay cold. Take a couple of pills and sleep it off. I always do that and wake up feeling great the next day. just dont let it get bad or it will stay for a few days.

Drink some hot tea. Always worked for me. You could also try taking an aspirin, tylenol or ibuprofen. I only use ibuprofen, it's the only one that works for me.

If these do not work, which they may not for you, try soaking in the tub with some hot water.

The hot water will take the fever down.

Take crocin Tab and sleep. Take rest
Try to take warm water as much as you can take.

It depends on how high your temp is, if it is over a 101 and you have taken advil or something to bring it down then i wouldn't worry to much but if it gets over 101 then for a couple of days then you should see your doc you could have some infection going on.
