No, not really. There is nattokinease but I will give you my 2 cents on the stuff.
Nattokinese is not FDA approved and I personally will not recommend it. I am on another forum where the lady sells it. I have found the information that is provided comes from the doctor who is paid by the company to do the "research" which makes it biases.
I will share with you a discussion about this topic that I had with another hokum buster.
Very little research has been published thus far--fewer than two dozen articles in recognized scientific journals, and that only over the past decade or so. Almost all of the research has been done by scientists in Japan and China, in vitro (a couple of reports have involved animals), and the vast preponderance of the reports have appeared in basic biology and chemistry (as opposed to clinical) journals.
There are a articles that I have are connected to a company that makes it...making it biased but for giggles here they are some of them.

In any event, unlike bovine colostrum and copper bracelets, nattokinase appears to represent a legitimate avenue of research involving a substance with genuine therapeutic potential. But it surely isn't ready for prime time, and anyone marketing something purporting to be a ready-for-humans medication containing it is surely up to no earthly good.
This stuff is years from approval by the FDA or any other country's medical authorities. If you buy something claiming to contain it and to be therapeutic, it's strictly pig-in-a-poke territory. There are no assurances and no label or content controls. You have no idea whether it contains inert substances, other unknown drugs, potent hormones, or even enough of
this or some other anticoagulant to trigger massive internal bleeding. In short, taking such stuff is the equivalent of Russian roulette. Dropping a prescribed medication like coumadin (made by a known company, with controlled content and labeling) and instead taking something some charlatan claims is better is--well, it could kill you. Stepping off Soap Box: But if you really truly want to go this direction I can send you to the a person who sells it. She says it is the best on the market.
I have APS and am taking Coumadin life long...it is tried and true.
