What can be done about the extensive amount of geese droppings around the reflection pond in DC.?

Question: My family and I were recently visiting DC and found the area around the reflection pond utterly discusting. littered with geese and duck droppings everywhere........ It would seem that this will become a breeding ground for the bird flu..........

Answers:
arrest people who feed the geese.

allow people to shoot the geese.

poison the water.

i am sure they add enough chemicals in that water, to not only kill off the diseases, but if the birds drink from it as well.

on another note, just remember the birds were not the ones to build something they are attracted to. I am sure the correct company is taking care of the situation.

How ironic that it's the federal government that protects the filthy creatures because they are a migratory water fowl and then they crap all over those who afford them protection. Kinda like some groups of people do. But I digress, Kill the geese and feed them to the homeless. This might help keep them off the golf courses too.
