Question:

Answers:
Chronic cervicitis is inflammation of the cervix with lymphocytes, plasma cells and histiocytes. It is not acute.
Moderate squamous dysplasia, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia II (CIN II) or high grade intraepithelial neoplasia (HGSIL) is a precancerous condition of the lining or squamous epithelium of the cervix. It is not mild dysplasia but yet it is not severe or squamous cell carcinoma in situ (cancer limited to the surface without invasion).
Consult your physician or OB-GYN for management.
In general, the treatment is to remove the abnormal area with LEEP or conization (see ref. below).
Koilocytotic atypia suggests the presence of human papilloma virus. Nowadays, this can be confirmed by further testing to detect certain strains of virus that are more significant as far as causing progression to cervical cancer.

Other Answers:
The cervix is constantly inflamed and the cells on the surface are beginning to show signs that they may one day turn cancerous. Keep an eye on things and make sure you have your yearly pap.
