Hand fell into Public Toilet.....?

Question:

I left my son in the public urinal waiting for him to come outside of the stall, when I opened it, he had his hand in the water. The water looked visibly clean. Is there a risk of HIV in this case? Please answer >< He had no visible signs of cuts on the hand in the water.

you cannot get HIV from a urinal.. the only way you can get HIV is by exchanging bodily fluids during sex, or by using a contaminated needle to shoot up drugs that has already been used by someone else that has aids..in some cases people have been exposed to HIV in hospitals by receiving blood that wasn't screened properly and had the HIV virus in it , today, there are better blood screening methods...

And damn I hope your town treat there water for Chlorine in not the only agent that they use to keep that water safe !! What is a few germs any ways You provably have more germs on your skin than what is in that water!!!
