Question:

Answers:
I've heard of intrinsic and extrinsic asthma, and cardiac asthma.

Intrinsic is when you have it whether or not you are exposed to outside allergens. Extrinsic is when you get it from smoke, animal dander, etc, which you are allergic to.

Cardiac asthma is a type of heart condition in which the heart is affected by the lungs and vice versa.

Yes I'm pretty sure that some people have more than one type.

Well...... I have asthma.... but I don't know about that theres probably diffrent people that have it worse or lighter that others...but I think there are like diffrent types other than that. Why do you ask?
Yes Ma'am...I have chronic severe bronchial AND allergic asthma.
Yes there is asthma that is caused by allergies. There is asthma that is caused by strenuous activities. There is cold air induced asthma like if you were in Chicago winter weather. There is asthma that is caused simply by smoking or being around people who smoke. Asthma can also be hereditary. There may be other types also but that is what I know.
