Avoid foods high in potassium. There are many..bananas, tomatoes, potatoes, watermelons, avacados..just to name a few.

You may be dehydrated which concentrates the blood & makes some electrolytes levels(sodium, potassium, chloride)high.
This may also be a sign of kidney disease. Obviously you had blood work done so discuss this with your doctor also.

Take a homeopathic medicine Kali Phos-30 - ask a homeopathic doctor
If you are experiencing high levels of potassium a suggestion would be to cut back on food that are high in that. Such as potatoes, bannana's and such. Consult a doctor about your concern. Even though you level may be high it may not be high enough to be considered a possible danger. I wish you the best of luck.

Why is it high? Are you a diabetic going into acidosis or do you have adrenal problems? No self treatment is indicated. You must have had a blood test or you would not know it was high.
Look in a medical drug guide at potassium supplements. Then see the part where it says not to take this or that with them because this or that may affect the absorbsion of the potassium in your system. Also, whatever you do on your own, make sure you do keep some awareness that potassium levels directly affect your heart. The risk of it being too high is indeed heart attack. As much as you want to take care of this on your own, it may be too late by the time you learn that you only have one heart, and your doctor really needs to know what you are doing, even if home remedies lead to a heart attack. Be careful.
