I've read about the health benefits of flavanol-rich cocoa. What kinds of chocolate are rich in flavanol?

Flavanols are found in chocolate or cocoa... yes... but not an excuse to each a lot of chocolate cakes.. They are also found in red wine and grapes... not an excuse to be drunk. Eat black berries and red grapes.
