l doubt it.
It would depend on the extent of the sinus and this is difficult to assess during keyhole surgery.These sinuses are much more extensive than they appear on the surface.
Dye tests with scans or x-rays can help to determine the extent of the sinus but the mainstay of treatment is laying the sinus open surgically;although some small uninfected sinuses can be stiitched closed -after excision.
So.l really wouldn't recommend keyhole surgery --it tends to breakdown and recur,especially in hairy patients.
