Genital Herpes ??
Question:
Answers:
actually, it is not 95% but rather about 1 in 5 people have genital herpes. Only about 20% of these people actually have visible or detectable signs of the virus. Just like HPV, many people are carriers of the virus and do not know they are because they don't have blisters because their immune system is working effectively in preventing outbreaks. The fact is that a person may be a carrier of various viral stds but may never have symptoms but may pass along the virus to others. This is one reason why stds are so common.
Other Answers:
No, I would not want to risk contracting herpes. I would not want to have that to worry about it everytime I had sex. Simple as that.
it does not matter if you love them if you dont then what the H*** are you still doing with them.
95% OF THE POPULATION HAS HERPES WHETHER GENITAL OR NOT AND MOST DO NOT EVEN KNOW IT. SO CHANCES ARE YOU ALREADY HAVE DATED SOME ONE WITH HERPES.
No I wouldn't the feeling of always having to worry about getting herpes would just bother me too much I respect my body and why take the risk of getting an std that's not curable sometimes people fall in love or want to be in monogamous relationships don't want to use protection it makes it a little more intimate sorry my answer is no!
i would date them, but never do anything sexual. i just couldnt risk it
cause of genital herpes is type -2 HERPES SIMPLEX virus which causes STD. Acyclovir 800 mg 5 times per day for 7 days. cures so post pond for 10 days. and you cant take prophylactic treatment. simultaneously.........I think you are quit intelligent know what to do?
No...sex is important and i would never be able to enjot it without worrying i was going to catch it.
A lot of people say they would never date anyone with it, but EVERY guy I have dated has still chose to date me after I told them I have it.
I really think it's about how the person feels about the other person. I would personally date someone who has the virus, not because I personally have it, just because the virus doesn't make the person. There are ways to prevent spreading it. And, genital herpes is not deadly of life threatening, like HIV and HPV can be.
My fiance (boyfriend at the time) chose to date me after I told him I had genital herpes. He didn't care that I had the virus, he loved me and cared about me.
Also, 95% of people DON'T have herpes. I've read only about 75-80% of people have cold sores, which is herpes, but not genital herpes.
I would not date one ... thats what i would say now but if i met someone nice and i like him then i dont know. A Question like that is always hard to answer.
