ASTHMA attacks what to do with asthma attacks. answer it quick.?

Question:
i have asthma and every time i play and stuff i get asthma attacks. how do i controll my asthma with medcince

Answers:
If you have had asthma for a while you would have been given a preventative and your ventolin inhaler. Make sure you take your preventative every day as prescribed. That should stop a lot of your asthma. Explain to your doctor that you are getting exercise-induced asthma too and he/she may find another plan for you. Always stick to your asthma plan and take your meds daily.
If you are away from your inhalers when you have an attack and cannot get to a doctor quickly, drink very very strong coffee or eat chocolate to try to keep your airways open until you can reach medical help.

Other Answers:
Use your inhaler or call 911 for help!!
you should be on everyday meds to control asthma. talk to ya dr. and get on something
Get an albuterol inhaler. If no inhaler, boil water and breathe steam. Breathe humid air. Run the shower on the hottest setting and breathe the steam.
why do I have to answer it quick?
have you got control issues?
go to your doc and ask for inhaler. you can use a preventative inhaler or inhaler on a daily basis. your doc will tell you which is right for you.
i would drink aloe vera. it tastes a bit nasty but it helps take out the flem. also get a nebulizer so you can use in your house instead of visiting the hospital. good luck. and also try to take it easy.don't overexert yourself and try to think positive. your emotions can affect your breathing. listen to nice music. stay away from too much hard stuff. and also see a pulmonologist.
all u have to do is take an inhaler, CPR, if you have a nebulizer use that, or you could always call the ambulance.
mainly keep the victim comfortable until peramedics arrive. I have found it to be helpful if you have a paper bag handy so that person will keep from hyperventilting

As everyone else has said, see your doctor. Talk to your doctor and make sure he or she listens to you. To convince your doc that you're serious, go in with information: every time you have an asthma attack, pay attention to things like the weather (humid, rainy, sunny, windy.), whether there were any animals around (including wild animals if there are lots of them), what you were doing, what you'd been eating or drinking, whether you were with someone who owns a pet. All of those are potential asthma triggers and will help your doctor figure out which triggers give you the most trouble.

Your doctor will probably give you some different meds to try. It may take a while to figure out which combination works best for you. There's no one "magic" combination or ready solution; it very much depends on the individual. Every time your doctor changes something, pay attention to how it affects you, even if you don't think it's related. Write it down and save it for your next visit. Again, this will help your doctor figure out the best medicine to control your asthma.

Yeah, it's a lot of homework and living with asthma is no picnic. (I still get upset when it keeps me from having fun.) But if you do pay attention to these things, it will help your doctor find an answer sooner so you can go back to playing without gasping every single time. Once you get a medicine "program", stick with it. Yes, it's a major pain, but if it means you can play without stopping, it's worth it, right?
