Anal fissure in the initial stage can be treated by taking stool softners & applying anesthetic ointments but if there is no improvement then a minor surgery (lateral anal spincterotomy) will give provide good relief.

Sometimes they need a stitch but eat a lot of fruits & veggies for a few weeks to make your poo soft & it will probably heal on it's own
Stool softener, so that you don't aggrevate the fissure. Also, keeping it well-lubed, with either Vasoline or similar product.
I hope this isn't a joke, anal fissures are extremely painful and nothing to laugh at!
