What is my back pain cause?

Question: Last Monday I ran a fever around 102 F after 36 hours it getting last but still I have pain in two upper back sides. this pain is more in right side and also sometimes in my head behind my ears.
I have an appointment with my Dr. next mondays I just want ask your help for this weekend.
