Hi Paige - I'm sorry to hear about your hard times with your brother. If your brother isn't willing to accept help, you may not have too many options. I don't know where you live, but if there is a dept. of Social Services near you, he can seek help through them, as long as he meets their criteria. It's usually a good place to start. Without insurance, it is very difficult to obtain treatment elsewhere. really there isnt much you can do until he agrees that he wants help. and then, without insurance, there is still not much you can do. I would contact the clergy of a large church and see what they suggest. Clergy are aware of what resources are available.
