yes. I work on a cattle station in outback australia. we have choocks and they get cancer from the dust from the cattle yards. only some dust carries cancer causing particles Yes. Not only are they susceptible to cancer, we as humans can get lung cancer from our pet birds. Cancer is more common in the parakeet than in any other domestic animal. Cancer is more common in male parakeets than females.
