To help your child breath during the night during an asthma attach ,get a tablespoon of vicks and stir in in a cup of boiling water put it in his room and in no time the whole room will be full of the methalated aromas. I do this when my 3 yr olds asthma is bad and also when the rest of us have bad colds. Also take any preventers and meds the doc gives.
i had very bad asthma when i was young. my mum tried all kinds of medicine for me. the only thing that cured me was swimming. i think the lungs exercise helps me.
