It's actually a fungus. To get rid of it completely you need to keep your feet dry to the best of your ability. They have an athlete's foot spray powder that works wonders. You'll also want to clean your shower and floors very well. I used a athletes foot powder that worked for me.(I also changed my sock's twice a day and make sure to keep your shoes dry, like put them in the sun when you get home)
yes u have to keep clean both the shoes and shocks.I used to just clean inside the shoes with a small towel dipped in antibactrial liquid like dettol and let it dry in the sun.Similarly clean the shocks in dettol and washing shop pwder and make it dry in sun.Use the one pair of socks for one time.I think you will get result.
Tinactin powder in your shoes, Tinactin sprays or powders on your feet and between your toes as well. Wear white cotton socks if you can rather than black dress socks. Buy good shoes.cheap man made materials facilitate the growth of all kinds of nasty fungus on your feet. When you don't have to have shoes on make sure that your feet stay clean and dry. Hey man, you have athelets foot fungus! Put all of your socks to soak in hot water and bleach (if they are white); wear cotton socks. Invest in new shoes cause the ones you have now probably have fungus in them. Get something that breaths; cotton or leather, no plastic or poly crap shoes. Clean your tub/shower with bleach before you get in it again. Now.when you bathe/shower wash those tootsies good, between the toes. When you get out, dry immediately and put on an antifungal spray or liquid like Tinactin and fungal powder. Wear those cotton socks. You're going to have to keep doing this until your feet look better. If you are showering at a gym or somewhere other than home, get yourself some rubber thongs to wear in the shower so you won't pick this stuff up again.
