yes

Your body gets tired for a couple of reasons.

1 After a hard day your body must repair itself
2. You are growing
3. Your mind is burnt and needs rest

You must get one of these three to get tired. People with high metabolisms will follow 1. Children have number 2. You have number 3. I would try increasing your physical activity. That should wear youdown. If you are worrying about something that is harder to fix.

Definitely see a doctor! Sounds almost like Night Terrors, which eventually will afect you when you're awake as well. Also, if it helps when you drink, that can also create an addiction problem, which will make things a heck of alot worse. All this can be avoided by talking to a doctor.

Alot of people with Night Terrors live a normal healthy life, and eventually stop the nightmares with the help of a doctor. This is a situation you don't want to put in your own hands. Seek help.
