Question:
~*Alyssa*~
Answers:
Hi Alyssa - ouch! Wipe it with hydrogen peroxide (isopropyl alcohol would really hurt), put a little Neosporin (generic is fine), and cover it with a large band-aid during the day; at night, let it air. It will be gone in no time.

Other Answers:
I would put a band-aid with some antibacterial ointment on it during the day, and let it breathe at night, until the skin is no longer open.
stick a plaster over it and forget it put a little peroxide or alchohol on it, then put some antibiotic oitment with a bandaid.that will kill any microbes that got into it and prevent infection.
Clean it well, put an antibiotic cream on it and then a bandage. Make sure you wear comfortable shoes that won't rub it for the next couple of days.
Think you should not cover it anyway, instead "Gentian violet or potassium permenganate solution" should be applied over it till it dry and be cured
I would sue someone.and yes, you should put a WATER-PROOF bandaid on it.
