I would like information on "widow heart attack."?

Many men in their late 40's and early 50's die from massive heart attacks.. It's called "Widow's Heart Attack" because most wives either don't know CPR or are so shocked they don't think to give CPR and wait for 911 to arrive. By then, in most cases, it's too late. The brain and heart need oxygen and without CPR the heart and brain tissue die.
Having answered the question here is a plea to wives, sons, and daughters: Schedule yourself for a CPR class and learn the newest model of breaths to hand pumps (open airway, check breathing, 5 cycles of 2 breaths of 1 second each followed by 30 quick continuous pumps for adults for a total of 2 minutes, call 911, and then continue until resuscitated and/or EMT arrives). You can even do it online now.
Research identified in USA Today shows that learning to use a defibrillator, which is in most public places now and 20 minutes of training in basic CPR is just as effective as a four hour class. Whatever model you choose, follow the Scout motto: Be prepared. Learn CPR now. You could save a life. A simple Google search for CPR in your city will give you many options.
Are you referring to a heart attack that is called "the widow maker"? If so it refers to an sudden 100% occlusion of the left main coronary artery(no blood supply to the largest muscle of the heart) and usually results in immediate death because it often happens to younger men who have not developed any collateral circulation(this would help to provide blood supply through other vessels). Of note is the increase in younger women having heart attacks as well-guess we'll have to rename it!
