What do we know about this condition where fibers grow out of the skin? Is there even a name for it?

Answers:
It was on ABC Primetime last night. It's called Morgellon's Syndrome. The fibers are Morgellon's fibers, and it is believed to be caused by some sort of parasite type thing.
