Why is it that the face "breaks" out when we have skin all over our body?

Question: Why is the face the skin that gets pimples, you don't get them on your hands or arms or legs or even the neck. Is it how we treat the skin, over washing maybe?

Answers:
Pimples occure because pores gets clogged with dead skin, dirt, oil, and it mixes with bacteria that can cause infections. Pimples occur mainly on the face because that is the one part of our body we touch most with our hands. everybody knows hands are the primary source for spreading germs.
